Is a quick installation now worthwhile?

Dusseldorf The federal government wants to advance the heat transition with the new building energy law. The consequences for homeowners and tenants are far-reaching: from next January, every new heating system is to be operated with 65 percent renewable energy.

Many consumers are unsure right now – and are asking themselves: Do we need a heat pump quickly? Or is it worth installing a gas or oil heater again? Editor Michael Scheppe discusses this with consumer advocate Thomas Engelke in the current podcast episode of Handelsblatt Green & Energy.
