iQOO 12 will come with a 1.5K screen, not 2K
Digital Chat Station, known for its leaks in the industry, recently iQOO 12It revealed that ‘s future will come with a 2K screen. However, a report shared by Lee Ang-aung today refuted this claim and said that the smartphone will come with a 1.5K resolution panel. As you may remember, a 2K panel was also used in the iQOO 11 series introduced last year, and therefore the feature was expected to be included in upcoming phones as well.

The processor to be used in the model will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Chipset that will get a significant performance upgrade 3.7GHz has speed Cortex-X4 will host the core. At the same time, changes are expected in the core architecture of the processor.
The most current chipset used today, Snadpragon 8 Gen 2, has Cortex-X3 architecture and operates at 3.2 GHz. This means that performance will be directly affected in daily use. iQOO 12 will have a metal structure and support 200W fast charging. On the other hand, it will be sold with up to 16 GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 512 GB to 1 TB using UFS 4.0 technology. Additionally, the device will have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C 3.x port. Apart from this, it will have a main camera with a 50 Megapixel OV50H sensor.
iQOO 12, which is expected to be introduced in December, is expected to run the Android 14-based Origin OS 4.0 interface out of the box.
