Indirect Bitcoin (BTC) Investment from Google!

It is seen that there is a significant increase in the number of companies that invest directly in Bitcoin as well as indirectly investing. We observe that indirect Bitcoin exposure is sought through companies operating in Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining and listed on stock exchanges.

Finally, Digital Currency Group, which includes the largest Bitcoin fund Grayscale, has raised 700 million dollars in its last investment round. The company was valued at $10 billion in the funding round.

In the SoftBank-led funding round, large companies such as SoftBank, CapitalG, Ribbit, GIC, Tribe and Emory became DCG shareholders.

According to the WSJ’s report, Google’s parent company Alphabet was among those who invested in DCG.

Company CEO and founder Barry Silbert said he expects earnings of $1 billion by the end of the year.

DCG includes Grayscale, Coindesk, Genesis, and data firm TradeBlock and mining firm Foundry.

DCG has a profitable business model operating in all aspects of the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency industry.
