Within the scope of the project, it was announced that various workplaces will be offered to workers and young people. A payment plan of 2 thousand 633 liras with a maturity of 120 months has been announced for workplaces starting from 350 thousand liras. At the same time, 100 thousand plots will be offered to those in need. The prices of the plots varying between 350 and 500 square meters were determined as 192 thousand 500 liras. The installment amount of the plots with a 120-month payment plan is 1602 TL.

In order to apply for houses, workplaces and lands created through TOKİ, it is necessary to have resided in the province where the project is located for at least 1 year. In addition, the applicant must not have a residence belonging to himself, his wife or children. Every Turkish citizen over the age of 18 who has not bought a house through TOKİ before will be able to apply for a new cheap housing project.

For the new social housing project, a special quota will be reserved for the youth, retirees, relatives of martyrs, veterans, and the disabled. For the “Young” category, those born after September 14, 1992 can apply. The applicants must have a net income of at most 18 thousand liras and a maximum of 16 thousand liras throughout the country.

In order to complete all these processes, you need to pay your application fee. For this, you will need to deposit the specified amount into the account that will be opened by the bank in your name and notified by text message (500 TL for Residences). You have to deposit this account to the bank, at most 1 business day after the day you make the application.
