Coinbase International, which includes Coinbase’s futures trading platform, stated in its official statement that it has listed the Fantom (FTM) and THORChain (RUNE) altcoins.
It is noteworthy that FTM and RUNE are not yet listed on Coinbase’s original platform.
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has previously emphasized that the exchange will continue to review its international options due to regulatory uncertainty. He praised both the European Union and the United Kingdom for a more “thoughtful” and “comprehensive” approach to crypto.
However, Coinbase recently launched spot trading for this international platform, and BTC and ETH became available to be bought and sold in the spot market on the platform.
