President announced aid for the relatives of earthquake victims who lost their lives
President Erdoğan announced that 100 thousand TL will be donated to meet the needs of the relatives of those who lost their lives in the earthquake.
Our banking sector has allocated a certain percentage of its 2022 profits to the earthquake, which is around 50 billion liras as of now. We use all of the domestic and international aid to AFAD, amounting to 8.3 billion liras for the time being, for the earthquake zone. As cabinet members and public officials attending the cabinet meeting, we have decided to donate a total of 136 million 589 thousand liras to AFAD for earthquake victims.”
On the other hand, after the cabinet meeting, Erdoğan announced that an additional aid of 100 thousand TL would be given to the relatives of the citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake.
