Dusseldorf In the dispute over the billions inheritance of the deceased large businessman Heinz Hermann Thiele, his widow Nadia is increasingly falling behind. The probate court in Munich has rejected an application with which she wanted to have the executor Robin Brühmüller deposed. The Handelsblatt was able to see the decision.
The court chopped up Nadia Thiele’s arguments into 27 pages. “Neither gross breaches of duty by the executor could be determined that would justify dismissal for good cause, nor does he appear incapable of proper management,” the decision says. The court was also unable to determine any “damage or endangerment of the interests of those involved in the estate”. Executor Robin Brühmüller remained in office.
