Binance adds AI to margin, supports IRIS update

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, started the day with an important altcoin announcement. The exchange announced that it has listed Sleepless AI (AI) in both futures and margin trading as part of its 42nd Launchpool project. In an exciting update, Binance announced that Sleepless AI (AI) will be added to Binance Margin and Binance Futures as of 08.01.2024 at 15:30 ET. Additionally, Binance Futures will launch the Sleepless AI (AI) perpetual futures contract with up to 50x leverage as of 08.01.2024. This move by Binance marks another step towards expanding the platform’s offerings and providing users with a more diverse range of trading options.

In another development, Binance announced support for the upcoming network upgrade of IRISnet (IRIS). To facilitate the smooth implementation of the upgrade, Binance will temporarily suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the IRISnet (IRIS) network. The suspension is scheduled to begin around 08-01-2024, 10:30 AM ET. The network upgrade itself will begin around 11:30 AM on 08-01-2024 and will span 23,170,081 blocks.

Critical listing announcements from OKX

Additionally, leading cryptocurrency exchange OKX announced that it has added Jito (JTO) and Bonk (BONK) to its spot trading platform. Investors on OKX can now buy and sell these newly listed assets, further expanding the range of options available on the platform. This move is in line with OKX’s strategy to offer a variety of crypto assets to its user base.
