WhaleStats: Whales are uploaded to this altcoin project

The latest figures from WhaleStats reveal that the 1,000 richest over-the-counter Ethereum addresses have been uploaded to the popular meme cryptocurrency Shiba Inu (SHIB). SHIB currently accounts for 7.71 percent of all assets, with a massive value of over $1.7 billion. FTT Token, the native token of the cryptocurrency derivatives exchange FTX, comes right after SHIB. At the time of writing, the total FTT in whales’ wallets is worth $1.6 billion, making up 7.33 percent of Ethereum whale wallets. The next altcoin in the ranking is the USDT stablecoin, which contains only 5 percent of the whale bags and is valued at over $1.1 billion.

The top five are followed by the CRO, which powers the play to earn (P2E) blockchain gaming platform Gala Games (GALA) and Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com. Whales have $519 million GALA and $432 million CRO, respectively. Also on the list is Ethereum scaling solution Polygon (MATIC). MATIC is up nearly 30 percent in the last week and currently accounts for $337 million worth of token Ethereum whale bags.

On the other hand, 1.16 percent of the whales’ assets consist of Decentraland (MANA), which is equivalent to $261 million. Whales also hold $207 million in Telcoin (TEL) in their portfolio, with native token TEL trying to use Blockchain technology in the telecommunications industry. Last on the list was The Sandbox (SAND), where the whales have about $135 million.
