Munich Something is happening on the housing market that was unthinkable just a year ago: apartments and houses that used to be sold within a few days often do not change hands for months, and prices are falling again. Analysts at the major Swiss bank UBS assume that living space in Germany’s most expensive cities, Munich and Frankfurt, will soon be available for 10 to 15 percent less. On portals such as Immobilienscout, the prices of the apartments offered there have been falling for a long time.
A tempting situation that many interested parties cannot take advantage of, because loans are more expensive than they have been for more than ten years.

But everyone who is now liquid, hardly needs credit and wants to invest their money in apartments can now strike.
