Cryptocurrency exchange FTX has signed a sponsorship deal with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 team.
- According to Thursday’s announcement, FTX’s logo will begin to be displayed on the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team’s cars, garage and drivers’ clothing.
- The launch of the agreement between the parties will take place this weekend at the race to be held in Russia.
- FTX will also collaborate with team drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas as part of brand promotion efforts.
- Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff said after the deal with FTX, “We look forward to delivering world-class experiences to our fans.” said.
- In line with the long-term agreement between the two, integration for FTX Pay and the creation of a non-fungible token (NFT) collection are also planned.
