First Response to Interpol Allegations From Binance CEO CZ: Here’s What He Said!

world’s largest cryptocurrency stock market Binance’s Its CEO, CZ, spoke about the allegations that Interpol has issued a red notice.

Responding to a photo circulating on Twitter showing that he is on Interpol’s red list, CZ said in his statement that the photo in question was Photoshopped. CZ immediately added the famous number “4” to his Tweet. According to CZ’s previous statements, “4” means “ignoring FUD”.

However, with this tweet, CZ only declared that the photo in question was not true, but did not “clearly” deny the Interpol allegations against him.

In some unconfirmed claims shared on social media, it was shared that the Binance CEO was facing a red notice notice from Interpol.

The rumor originated in a cryptic message from a Crypto Twitter user named Cobie, who posted an SHA-256 hash deciphered as “Interpol Red Notice for CZ.”

The rumor comes days after Binance and Zhao were sued by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission for allegedly evading US law.

According to Interpol’s website, the Interpol Red Notice is a request to law enforcement around the world to locate and temporarily arrest a person pending extradition, surrender or similar legal action.

It is based on an arrest warrant or court order issued by the judicial authorities in the requesting country. The Red Notice is not an arrest warrant and does not force any country to arrest a person. It is used to alert the police in all member states of internationally wanted fugitives.
