With the innovation coming to Windows Subsystem for Android, Windows 11 users can download user files such as Documents and Photos on their computers from the Amazon Appstore. It will be able to transfer to Android applications.

In this way, files can be transferred directly to applications such as photo and video editing applications via Windows, and shares can be shared via Windows with drag-and-drop in Android applications of social media platforms.

Of course, not every file will be accessed:

Microsoft will allow only some files to be viewed by applications for security reasons. Program Files, other drives connected to the computer, AppData and hidden files and executable files with the extension “.exe”, will not be seen by applications.
