Famous SHIB Whale Deposited This Metaverse Coin: $3.9 Million Purchase!

An ETH whale known as “Gimli” recently purchased 585,844 tokens worth $3,913,438 from a popular metaverse coin.

A crypto whale “Gimli” that currently holds 1 trillion Shiba Inu tokens and is ranked sixth in WhaleStats’ top investors ranking, The Sandbox (SAND) increased its assets. According to the whale movement monitoring website, “Gimli” savings; It added an additional 585,844 SAND worth $3,913,438. This brought the total balance of SAND tokens held by the major investor to 3,132,275 tokens valued at $19,528,762.

SAND is The Sandbox’s native crypto asset and is the 32nd largest cryptocurrency by market cap according to data from CoinMarketCap. At the time of writing, SAND is changing hands at $6.11, down more than 8 percent on the day, according to data from CoinGecko.

According to WhaleStats, 859,518 SAND tokens worth $5,775,962 were also purchased by another Ethereum whale, which ranked second, making SAND one of the ten most purchased tokens by the largest investors in the past 24 hours.

Besides the Shiba Inu, the famous whale named “Gimli”; META, NIKE, Ethereum, MANA, MATIC and some other coins as well. The total value of ERC-20-based cryptoassets was $2,194,059,258 at the time of writing.
