Color options and some images of smartphones in the Google Pixel 9 series have been leaked. The technology giant seems to have preferred paler colors this time.
We are now used to information about smartphones being leaked before the phones are announced. New colors were among the first information leaked about every new phone from Google. Here are the colors that will be used in Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro Fold models:
- Pixel 9: Obsidian, Porcelain, Jade, Peony
- Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL: Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel, Rose
- Pixel 9 Fold Pro: Obsidian, Porcelain or “Gold”
Colors will be much more dull and faded
When we look at the colors preferred by Google, the first thing that stands out is of course the color codes. obsidian and porcelain is happening. Among these codes, obsidian refers to the color black. Obsidian, a volcanic rock, has a very clear and matte black color. Google also chose this code for matte black. Porcelain, on the other hand, is white but appears as a white color close to beige. Yeşim, as its name suggests, is a shade of green, but rather than a clear green, it is a pale tone closer to cyan.
When we look at the Peony and Rose color codes, shades of pink appear before us, but these tones are not vibrant colors. It is possible to say that they are closer to dried rose. The vibrant colors of the Pixel 7 series are not available in this series. On the other hand, the hazel tone attracts attention as it resembles gray rather than hazel.
