Europace starts construction financing without a consultant

Dusseldorf It is a big step towards the fully automated conclusion of loans in construction financing: Germany’s largest construction financing platform Europace, in cooperation with the direct bank DKB and the software developer Econ Application, is launching the first real estate financing without an advisor. Thomas Heiserowski, Co-CEO and board member at Europace, told the Handelsblatt exclusively before the start: “With the new self-service route, we are taking another step towards the buy button next to the real estate advertisement.”

Heiserowski understands accompanied self-service as the process until the loan agreement is submitted to the bank. Unlike in the past, there is no on-site consultant to guide you through the process. Instead, prospective buyers can complete the fully automated digital process on their own by answering a large number of questions and providing data.
