Europace starts construction financing without a consultant

Dusseldorf It is a big step towards the fully automated conclusion of loans in construction financing: Germany’s largest construction financing platform Europace, in cooperation with the direct bank DKB and the software developer Econ Application, is starting the first real estate financing in self-service, i.e. ideally without a consultant until the loan application. Thomas Heiserowski, Co-CEO and board member at Europace, told the Handelsblatt exclusively before the start: “With the new self-service route, we are taking another step towards the buy button next to the real estate advertisement.”

Heiserowski understands accompanied self-service as the process until the loan agreement is submitted to the bank. Unlike in the past, there is no on-site consultant to guide you through the process. Instead, prospective buyers can complete the fully automated digital process on their own by answering a large number of questions and providing data.
