Berlin, Brussels Russian hackers ramp up their attacks on European energy companies. This is shown by an analysis by the global strategy consultancy Macro Advisory Partners, classified as “strictly confidential”, which is available to the Handelsblatt. After that, the number of so-called ransomware attacks more than doubled. In the current year there were 21 incidents, in the previous year there were ten.
