With the patent purchased by Sony, Dualsense will be able to transmit the temperature of the environment you are in or an object you are holding to the player. According to the patent, the plastic used in the current PS5 DualSense controllers will be replaced by a deformable elastic sensor or gel-like material. In this way, Dualsense will be able to reflect the temperature of the environment you are in to the player.
