Countless Movies have been released since the medium gained steam in the late 1800s, leading to genre-defining pictures like Gone With the Wind and Citizen Kane. But even though some of the most exciting and definitive movies were released during cinema's heyday, that didn't mean there wasn't a chance for them to continue to reinvent the wheel.
