Married At First Sight UK 2022 LIVE: George takes swipe at MAFS producers for ‘edited’ scenes after April cheats

MARRIED at First Sight’s George took a sly swipe at the show’s editing crew after April’s honeymoon cheating was revealed in shock scenes.

George Roberts recently discovered his brand new bride had cheated on him on their honeymoon in a bombshell confession.

The financial advisor from Worcester took to Instagram to call out Married at First Sight’s editing.

He confronted his bride, April Banbury for kissing another woman on their honeymoon, in clips aired this week.

Taking to Instagram, he wrote “We all love an edit,” alongside the eye roll emoji.

In emotional scenes, he said: “I woke up this morning numb and cold. Yesterday we ended up having a lovely evening.

“Then I went away for a short while, I came back and realised there had been an incident.

“I don’t know if I feel comfortable doing this. It was heartbreaking and a massive kick in the teeth.

“She’s been intimate with somebody else. I’ve been cheated on. F***, sorry…”

April claimed it was only a “dare” and she had been messing about, and it wasn’t real.

She said: “We were all mucking around, playing dares and stuff, having a laugh.”

“People need to think about how their actions and words might affect others. Because it’s kind of unnecessary going into someone’s DMs and saying the things I’ve been sent.”
