Delivery problems slow down cabin modernization at Lufthansa

Frankfurt Allegris – this term is associated with great expectations at Lufthansa. The term describes the new cabin interior with which the core brand Lufthansa Airlines wants to catch up with the competition again in terms of quality. But currently it looks as if delivery problems at seat manufacturers could mean that the new presentation at the start has gaps in the luxury sector of all places.

According to information from the Handelsblatt, the US group Collins Aerospace has informed Lufthansa about delivery bottlenecks. The company manufactures Allegris’ new first-class suites. This could lead to a bizarre situation: the new Airbus A350 in the Lufthansa fleet may take off next year without the most expensive seats. In this case, a curtain would block the view of the empty space at the front of the jet.
