Sütşurup withdrew half of its money on February 8 and transferred the money to a third party account. Sütşurup’s stock market account was suspended within the scope of terrorist financing and money laundering (AML) regulations. Then it was reported to MASAK. Sütşurup issued a warning to the famous company. In the warning, Sütşurup stated a loss of 1 million 400 thousand liras in the crypto account confiscated due to the suspicious transaction. He said that he could not withdraw his money because he was blocked by the company when he wanted to withdraw his money. So, he originally claimed that he was scammed by the company. Suturup demanded that the damage be paid to him.
After the warning, it was claimed that a large amount of profiteering was made in the stock market. It was stated that the company had the aim of being robbed through the crypto money account. Therefore, they applied to the prosecutor’s office. According to the petition submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office, Simge Sütşurup traded the money in her account with the money Cihat Sütşurup smuggled from the CMB. It was also stated that Sütşurup would not be able to have high amounts due to being unemployed.

It was also stated that due to these suspicious transactions, the company tried to be used as a tool for fraud. The company talked about the detection of these moneys as money smuggled from tax law and MASAK. He claimed that in such a case, he would incur a large amount of damage due to his existing financial responsibility, and that he would be a part of this financing fraud.
When the account of Simge Sütşurup was examined, it was explained that this unofficial amount of approximately 13 million liras, which is against the Tax Procedure Law (VUK), would be laundered through her father or through third parties.
