Frankfurt New irritation at Binance: The world’s largest crypto exchange is temporarily blocking all deposits and withdrawals in US dollars. The company announced this via Twitter on Monday evening. Accordingly, the suspension will apply from Wednesday.
Only users outside the USA are specifically affected. This means that customers who want to make transfers to Binance in US dollars from Europe, for example, will have to do without them for the time being.
According to its own statements, the US subsidiary Binance US is exempt from the change. Other currencies such as the euro and other methods of buying and selling cryptocurrencies, such as with a credit card, should also not be affected.
