World trip to the New Work pioneers.
Dusseldorf New Work? Agile management? Such approaches are still largely unknown worldwide, according to the surprising discovery of the two management consultants Anna and Nils Schnell from Hamburg. From May 2018, the two of them traveled the world for 15 months to visit New Work pioneers in 34 countries on four continents beyond Silicon Valley, the New Work Mecca, and learn from them.
They have compiled their findings in the book “Die Modern Work Tour”. Here are the four most important encounters on their journey into the future of our work – and what German companies can take away from them:
