- No surgery, endoscopic examination, tattoo, acupuncture or piercing in the last 12 months,
- Have not had a fever, flu-like fever above 38 °C in the last 2 weeks,
- Have not taken medication for any infectious disease in the last 1 week (antibiotics, antipyretic, etc.),
- Have not taken aspirin, pain reliever or rheumatism medicine in the last 5 days,
- No dental treatment in the last 12 months,
- No diarrhea in the last 1 week,
- Have not received any vaccinations in the last 1 month,
- Have not had a blood, tissue or organ transplant in the last 12 months,
- Have not been vaccinated against rabies due to animal bites in the last 12 months,
- Have not consumed alcohol in the last 12 hours,
- For women, no pregnancy, miscarriage or suspected pregnancy in the last 12 months,
- For men, they must not have had a homosexual relationship.
