Compass of the Destiny: Istanbul, the new game developed under the roof of 5Deniz by M11 Studio, which developed RONIN: Two Souls in the past, will meet with the players on September 15, 2023.
The game, which features the nature, compass and many other unique mechanics, is developed with Unreal Engine 5. Utilizing all the technologies of Unreal Engine 5, the studio also strengthens the animation side by making use of Motion Capture technology.
Isometric Action/RPG the one which… Compass of the Destiny: Istanbul, the first example of this type developed in Turkey. The story and many characters of the game, which takes place in the 17th century Ottoman Empire, are based on characters who lived in history.
A mysterious look at a story based on true events
Müneccim Ahmed Dede, who sent the hero on missions, the Cretan War, the Venetian-Ottoman relationship and all the features of Istanbul were created as a result of a detailed research and added to the game. The events that took place in the 17th century Ottoman Empire and the world were researched and these historically true stories were blended with fantastic elements and presented to the players.
The developers state that they rearranged the European side of Istanbul according to the aesthetics and architecture of those years. In the game, which includes Küçük Piyale, Şişhane, Galata and many more regions, there will also be Fırat maps. These Fitrat maps will serve as dungeons that we are familiar with from other RPG games, and players will be able to learn from the past about the background stories of the characters as well as acquiring abilities in these areas.
