After this request, Özmol on suspicion of being scammed went to the police and filed a complaint about the person. As a result of the research, it was determined that the person in question was İbrahim T., who lives in Mersin. Afterwards, the suspect’s most frequent contact number was contacted.

An indictment was prepared by the Gemlik Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding the alleged fraud. With the acceptance of the indictment, a lawsuit was filed at the Gemlik 3rd Criminal Court of First Instance. Alpaslan Özmol, on the other hand, in his statement at the Bakırköy Criminal Court of First Instance, “I sent a thousand lira through the bank. I gave the money in question to get a blue tick in my account. Then he said that if I gave me another 2,500 liras, he could return my account. I realized that he had malicious intent. Then I cut off communication. Subsequently, I filed a complaint against the accused. I couldn’t get my account back either. I had to open a new account. Thus, I suffered.
