Dusseldorf Star investor Cathie Wood is currently restructuring her portfolio. In the process, she is also selling shares in one of her favorite companies: Tesla. Within a week, Wood sold 350,000 shares of the electric car manufacturer, according to the documents of their investment company ARK. According to calculations by financial data provider Bloomberg, it took in $ 266 million.
Last Wednesday alone, the three actively managed ARK ETFs, the “ARK Innovation ETF” (ARKK), “ARK Next Generation Internet ETF” (ARKW), “ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF” (ARKQ), sold almost 82,000 Tesla Shares. On Tuesday they sold 89,000 titles and last week on Wednesday and Thursday a total of 180,000.
According to Bloomberg, ARK sold more than a million Tesla shares in the past five months. So at first glance, it looks like Wood has lost faith in Tesla.
