Management consultants who want to make a career can hardly ignore McKinsey or BCG.

Dusseldorf McKinsey versus Boston Consulting Group (BCG): This is first place versus second place in the supreme discipline of the consulting industry – strategy consulting. Both companies have their origins in the USA, both are internationally renowned addresses for management consultants.
Anyone who works for BCG or McKinsey gains insight into the top companies in the economy, helps them to work efficiently, reduce costs or transform business models. A boom business in times of crisis: The 20 leading consulting firms and auditing firms alone want to fill almost 27,000 jobs by this year. That was the result of a Handelsblatt survey in the summer.
BCG’s hiring target last year was over 800 new employees. The company says there will be more this year. McKinsey also wants to fill more than 1,000 jobs in Germany in the next few months.
