The foreign ministers of China, South Korea and Japan met in Busan last week. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasized the importance of cooperation between countries and said:
“We must be determined to advance scientific and technological innovations and strengthen our cooperation in the latest scientific and technological fields such as big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence.”
China implemented its first regulation for blockchain technology in recent months. According to the statement of the Chinese Minister of Industry and Information Technologies, the regulations are, “It has further accelerated the standardization of the blockchain industry in China.”
