The value of the spot Bitcoin ETF established by BlackRock, one of the world’s largest asset managers, exceeded the $2 billion threshold.
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) was the first to surpass this limit among other ETFs, excluding Grayscale. Grayscale Bitcoin Trust’s value on January 11 was approx. 30 billion dollars was at the level.
IBIT fund last day approximately 4 thousand 300 Bitcoins (BTC) By purchasing approximately $170 million received more money inflow. Total amount of Bitcoin held in the fund, increased to 49 thousand 952.
The other fund that will exceed the $2 billion threshold is expected to be the Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) established by Fidelity. On FBTC as of January 25, approx. 44 thousand BTC was located.
