Dusseldorf After the insolvency of Gerchgroup’s first construction site in Nuremberg, the Bavarian Supply Chamber (BVK) is optimistic as the buyer of the construction phase. “The BVK is very interested in the “The Q” project being completed and is optimistic about the ongoing discussions with all those involved,” the Bavarian higher authority said in response to a request from the Handelsblatt.
The capital management company commissioned by BVK fulfilled all obligations under the purchase contract on time and in full at all times. “Based on the contract, we looked for solutions, which unfortunately did not lead to implementable suggestions from Gerchgroup,” it continues. We regret the insolvency of Gerchgroup and the project company associated with the project.
