Dusseldorf The personnel merry-go-round is currently turning faster than usual: employers are exchanging employees in order to tackle the digital transformation and prepare for more environmental protection. But more employees than usual are also resigning of their own accord – despite the corona crisis. This shows a survey of 300 companies by the personnel service provider Robert Half. As a result, about every fifth boss registers more resignations than before the pandemic.
Employees want more salary, more job security, more responsibility. Due to the increased volume of final appraisals, many employees are allowed to write their references themselves. An advantage – after all, no one else knows exactly what you have done and achieved.
