US Department of Justice prepares to file antitrust lawsuit against Apple
Apple has faced multiple antitrust lawsuits, be it the Apple Store or its policy on third-party apps. According to the information received, the company’s rival this time is big. The US is preparing to take legal action, citing Apple’s violation of antitrust laws. The US Department of Justice wants to start the litigation process before the end of the year.

Apple has been sued many times over similar issues. Tinder has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Apple company in India. So much so that Tinder plans to take a break from its relations with Apple due to the lawsuit. Thus, Tinder may not appear in the App Store in certain regions. Apple was sued earlier this year with the Dutch competition regulator, the Consumers and Markets Authority (ACM), for the same reason. Apple received a $55 million fine from the ACM in May for its behavior in its plan to allow dating apps to use in-app purchases on the App Store.
