The iPhone 16 began to come to light in small amounts thanks to design details leaked early by third-party case manufacturers. Case manufacturers usually know the designs of Apple’s new devices in advance, so they can quickly launch their accessories when it officially unveils the device.

Sonny Dickson, known for his leaks on the X, shared photos of the so-called iPhone 16 case. Although some users claim that these cases resemble the iPhone X/Xs models, it is said that Apple will return to this design. In the images, it is observed that there is a larger camera section than before.
Rumors about a vertically aligned camera design in the iPhone 16 design have come to the fore before. Rumor has it that Apple is ditching the previous vertical design so that standard iPhone users can also benefit from features like Spatial Video.
This recording feature was released with the iPhone 15 Pro models and allowed users to watch 3D videos on Apple Vision Pro. To record videos using this technology, Apple requires a vertical alignment between the main camera and the ultra-wide-angle camera; Otherwise, the company cannot apply 3D view technology.
Apple aligned the cameras vertically on the last iPhone 12 model. In previous leaks, the standard iPhone 16 case showed that the device would have new buttons. It looks like the Action and Capture buttons will be available on all iPhones, along with the Action Button that’s available exclusively for the iPhone 15 Pro models.
With these new buttons, users will be able to select an action and the Capture Button will be limited to camera functions only. However, it is not yet clear whether this button will be customizable.
