Anadolu University will not charge registration fee for 10 provinces- SDN

As a result of the 7.6 and 7.7 magnitude earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, great damage occurred in 10 provinces in the Southeastern Anatolia and Mediterranean region. After this earthquake, many institutions and organizations started to implement positive discrimination for citizens living in the region. Anadolu University also announced an application for students living in 10 provinces affected by the earthquake, who are enrolled in open education faculties. According to this statement, Anadolu University will not charge registration renewal fees from students in 10 provinces affected by the earthquake.

Anadolu University, in a statement today, was affected by the earthquake. It announced that it will not charge registration renewal fees from students enrolled in Open Education Faculties of Economics and Business in 10 provinces. These provinces include Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, Gaziantep, Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa.

In addition to this statement made by Anadolu University, it was stated that the Spring Semester registration process will start on February 13 and will continue until March 2. Students enrolled in Anadolu University’s open education faculties can be exempt from tuition fees by following the steps below:

• Login to Anadolu University’s aosogrenci.anadolu.edu.tr website
• Click on Add-Delete Courses from the Menu section on the right side of the website.
• Click on the green box on the screen that says Start Add-Delete Courses.
• On the page that opens, “I am in an earthquake. I’m requesting a fee waiver. I will upload my document later.” Proceed after clicking the button.
