Today, according to the test results in SkatterBench, a high performance increase was achieved in an overclock experiment with AMD Ryzen 9 7900. Under normal conditions, this processor has a base frequency of 3.7 GHz and a boost frequency of 5.4 GHz, and the internal RDNA 2 graphics unit of this processor also works at 2.2 GHz.

However, as a result of overclocking on the GPU side, this graphics unit was increased up to 3.1 GHz. This directly provided a performance increase of up to 42 percent in games. For example, it got 57.87 FPS in CS:GO, while it got 79.68 FPS after overclocking.
