There were access problems on the e-Government website for hours. The problem is fixed.
E-Government, which allows citizens to access the services provided by the state electronically, was on the agenda today with access problems.
Many users on social media reported that they had problems while trying to log in to e-Government and that the site did not open. When we tried, we observed that e-Government could not be accessed.
UPDATE: Problem fixed
The access problem that has been going on for a few hours has been fixed. Currently, the e-Government website can be accessed without any problems.
It was thought that the access problem was due to density.
No statement has been made regarding the ongoing access problem in e-Government. However, there is a possibility that such a problem may occur due to density. If this is the case, something like this may have happened with the retirement increase announcement made today. President Erdoğan announced that there would be an extra 5% increase in the pensions of SSK and Bağkur pensioners and that the lower limit of the pension would be increased from 7 thousand 500 TL to 10 thousand TL.
