In another tweet, Adam Mosseri reacted to Russia’s decision to block access to Instagram. “On Monday, Instagram will be blocked in Russia. This decision will cut 80 million people in Russia from each other and the rest of the world as nearly 80 percent of people in Russia follow an Instagram account outside of their country.
