Leipzig – Bad accident on Wednesday evening in the center of Leipzig!
Shortly before 7 p.m., the driver of a “Message in a Bottle” van turned left from Sebastian-Bach-Strasse onto Marschnerstrasse – exactly at the moment when a 60-year-old woman crossed Marschnerstrasse with her grandchild by the hand.
The wife and child were caught and seriously injured. Both had to be taken to a hospital.
The grandmother in particular is said to have been hit badly. Marschnerstrasse was completely closed.
