3AC Founder Does Not Respond to Subpoenas!

Sunken crypto fund, according to bankruptcy lawyers testimony Three Arrows Capital co-founder Kyle Davies is not responding to subpoenas from the court.

Law firm Latham & Watkins, which took part in the liquidation of the 3AC case, announced that Davies failed to comply with the subpoena at the last bankruptcy hearing in the USA. Lawyers are trying to access the bankrupt company’s information through subpoenas.

The subpoenas were allowed to be shared on Twitter, as the location of co-founders Zu Shu and Kyle Davies was previously unknown in the court established in Singapore and the United States.

Authorities began to share summons documents through a new account created on Twitter on January 5, 2023. In the previous decision, the trial judge requested information about the company in the hands of the founders of 3AC by subpoena. The court is also investigating how much crypto assets the people in question own.

Where are the 3AC Founders?

After the bankruptcy of the crypto investment company last July, many clients were victimized. Law enforcement is investigating the whereabouts of co-founders Shu and Davies.

While the court has yet to ascertain Zu Shu’s whereabouts, it has documented that fellow partner Kyle Davies is hiding in Indonesia.
