Cologne Funds with shares of technology companies have brought investors enormous returns of late. Companies that do their business with digitization offer particularly good prospects. However, investors need to know how much they want to get involved in specific segments of this megatrend. Because for that you need strong nerves.
Risk investor Frank Thelen, known from the TV show “Höhle der Löwen”, and other donors are offering investors access to disruptive technologies with a new fund. For the “10xDNA – Disruptive Technologies”, his investment team rated disruptive technologies with “exponential” development opportunities.
“Technologies such as artificial intelligence, 3D printing and robots will change our world more strongly in the next ten years than in the last 100 years. These changes will lead to massive shifts in values on the markets, ”says Thelen.
Investors need to know, however, that such a fund based purely on tech innovations is a speculative investment.
