Berlin Moscow is bringing the war closer to the West. Just 20 kilometers from the border of NATO member Poland, 30 Russian missiles hit a Ukrainian army training center over the weekend.

Moscow is concerned with military goals, but also with a brutal psychological signal to the people in the NATO countries and in Germany.

What do the attacks mean for further arms deliveries from NATO and the EU?

Brigadier General a. D. Klaus Wittmann. He points out that Moscow has already threatened to do just that. His plea: “Nevertheless, everything must be done to ensure that further deliveries reach the Ukrainian armed forces.”
