Berlin On Monday, the Federal Council will also deal with the controversial citizen’s income in its special session. It is likely that the countries where the Union participates in government will not agree to the law. Federal Labor Minister Hubertus Heil (SPD) has announced that the federal government will call the mediation committee in this case. “Then we will have the opportunity to ensure in a quick process that the citizen’s income comes into force on January 1, 2023,” said Heil on Thursday at the final legislative deliberations in the Bundestag.
