e-Government introduced a feature called My Work Life to its users. What will users see about business life thanks to the new service?
How can I query when I retire via e-Government?
turkiye.gov.tr, which is known as e-Government, has just been launched, and allows users to query their retirement information. This system also includes SGK debt inquiry, past health treatments and many more features. If you want to make this query, you can follow the steps below.
- First, we log into the browser via a computer, phone or tablet.
- We search for turkiye.gov.tr and reach the e-Government login page.
- Click the login button in the upper right corner.
- Then, in order to log in to the system, we log in using one of the e-Government password, Mobile Signature, e-Signature, TR ID card and Internet Banking options.
- We write My Work Life in the search section on the home page.
- Click on the option that appears just below and says e-Government Gateway in parentheses.
- On the page that opens, we can perform the query when will I retire.
- At the same time, through the options at the bottom of the page, we can make an inquiry from İŞKUR applications for the past period, visits to hospitals and pharmacies, education information to SGK debts.
How to get e-Government password?
You can easily enter the system using your TR Identity Number. However, you have to get a password from PTT for 2 TL beforehand. This fee will be 4 TL for new password purchases to be made by PTT for each time after the first password purchase. In addition, citizens who have Turkcell, Türk Telekom and Vodafone lines can log in with Mobile Signature, while using a smart card and reader, you can log in with Electronic Signature system or with a chip TC Identity Card.
