The feature to evaluate business accounts was revealed by WABetaInfo about 1 month ago. The scoring system, which was initially available to iOS and Android Beta users, is now generally available. By evaluating the messages sent to you by a business you are talking to, you can express your satisfaction with the account in question.
To evaluate messages:
- Open WhatsApp.
- Then open the conversation between you and the business.
- Touch and hold the message you want to evaluate.

WhatsApp reports your vote to the business account completely anonymously. In other words, it does not share your name and other personal information with the other party.
