CryptoLaw Founder John Deaton, Ripple and the SEC, he made a striking prediction of what might happen after summary court decisions were made public.

“Soon We Will See Evidence We Didn’t Know We Didn’t Know”

Deaton said the following about the case in his statement:

“When summary court decisions are made public, we will see evidence of which we are currently unaware, including testimonies from Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, Co-Founder Chris Larsen, Ripple CTO David Schwartz, and former XRP employees.

They will also include statements from Hinman and other SEC officials (Amy Starr, Valerie S).”

Also, “I predict (we will see) why it is so important for XRP holders to be heard.” he added.

What Are the Dates Related to the Litigation Between Ripple-SEC?

According to the recently updated calendar shared by James K. Filan, the remaining months of 2022 could be the key times for litigation, depending on decisions to be made and petitions to be filed.

Petitions for the summary court decision are expected to arrive by September 13. Objections are expected to be filed by October 18, while responses to objections must be given by November 15 before Judge Torres’ final decision.

Filan predicts that Judge Torres’ decision on the expert requests and summary judgment could be rendered on or before March 31, 2023.

However, optimism remains ahead of the summary decision presentation expected next month.
