The prominent US Republican wants to announce his candidacy for the US presidency this Wednesday evening in a Twitter live stream with Elon Musk. The governor of Florida and the billionaire are entering into a political PR alliance that has never existed in this form before.
DeSantis is now breaking several unofficial rules of the US election campaign: He gets the support of one of the richest but also most controversial entrepreneurs in the world. Musk wants to give up his CEO post on Twitter soon, but has established two innovative and billion-dollar companies with Tesla and SpaceX.
