Meta will have a hard time trying to get a share of the metaverse market if it plans to build a closed ecosystem. In this context, I think Meta will eventually adopt an open and decentralized ecosystem to gather users.
Meta also has a strong presence in this regard compared to its competitors, as it owns the virtual reality hardware company Oculus.”
